Superlative Solutions is a private Consulting company established in 2003 by Keith Milner, who leads the company. With a combined experience of over 30 years in IT and Telecommunications, Superlative Solutions can draw on a wide range of skills and resources.
Keith Milner
With has over 17 years experience in technical and commercial Telecommunications and Internet Service development.
Keith's career stretches from Mercury Communications, where he developed the first specification for the Indirect voice services in widespread use today, and was responsible for technical development of the Freephone and Premium Rate services.
Keith then joined COLT Telecommunications as part of the start up team that launched the company. During his time at COLT he was responsible for developing a wide range of services including the first voice services, the LANLink metro LAN connectivity product range, COLT Internet, and the COLT ISC Hosting centres. Keith was also responsible for a number of key OSS/BSS system developments including the billing, circuit management, and many of the network and service management platforms.
After several years at COLT, Keith then moved to Interoute where he drove the design, development, and implementation of the I-21 pan-European IP/MPLS network and services. Keith was also responsible for much of the internal process and system development to support the delivery of products onto the IP network, as well as the development of the Interoute LAN services.
Keith worked for 3 years at the consulting company Invocom, where he delivered solutions for companies including Cable & Wireless UK, Bulldog, Orange, T-Mobile, Cable & Wireless International, The Cloud, and COLT.
Keith has a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is a full member of the IET.
David Brown
David has over 16 years in the IT industry working with networks, systems and software, including 10 years as IT Manager for a leading printing industry supplier where he was responsible for IT infrastructure, development and strategy as well as leading customer facing integration projects for customers like JJB, Harrods, and Boots.
David has experience of leading networking and OSS tools as well as a wide range of experience of computer systems, software, and technology.
